Our Commitment

At RealMoneyFacts, we sell digital products — including PDF guides, interactive web-based tools, and planning worksheets — that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital products cannot be physically "returned," our refund policy is based entirely on your satisfaction.

The simple version: If you're not happy with anything in the bundle, email us within 7 days and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms, no waiting on hold. We'd rather have a happy reader than keep $17.

This policy applies to all products in the The Hidden Money Drains System bundle, including the PDF guide, the Financial Leak Finder tool, the 30-Day Expense Tracker, and the Monthly Budget Planner.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund takes less than 2 minutes:

We'll reply to confirm we received your request. No explanations required — though we always welcome feedback if you'd like to share it.

Refund processed within 5 business days
Refunds are returned to your original payment method (PayPal or the card used at checkout). Processing time depends on your bank — typically 3–5 business days after we issue it.
Note on timing: The 7-day window starts from your purchase date, not the date you downloaded or opened any product. If you're close to the deadline, email us anyway — we use common sense.

What Is and Isn't Covered

Refunds ARE issued for:

  • Any request made within 7 days of purchase — no reason required
  • Technical issues that prevented you from accessing or downloading any product in the bundle
  • Web-based tools (Financial Leak Finder, 30-Day Expense Tracker) that fail to load or function correctly in a modern browser
  • Accidental duplicate purchases — contact us immediately and we'll refund the extra charge
  • Products that were materially different from what was described on the sales page

Refunds are NOT issued for:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date
  • Change of mind after the 7-day window has passed
  • Technical issues on your end that we offered to resolve but were not given the opportunity to help with
  • Repeated purchase-and-refund patterns across multiple accounts

Bundle Refund Policy

The Hidden Money Drains System is sold as a complete bundle. The 7-day guarantee applies to the entire purchase — not individual components.

  • A refund on the bundle refunds the full amount paid ($17 or the price at time of purchase)
  • Partial refunds for individual components (e.g., only the PDF without the tools) are not available
  • If you were charged for a product you did not intend to purchase, contact us immediately for a full refund
Note on interactive tools: The Financial Leak Finder and 30-Day Expense Tracker are considered delivered once the access link has been sent to your email. If you experience any issue accessing or using these tools, contact us before requesting a refund — we can usually resolve technical issues within a few hours.

Please contact us before requesting a refund if you have not received your products or are having trouble accessing them.

  • Check your spam or junk folder — automated emails sometimes land there
  • For PDF files: ensure you're checking the email address used at checkout
  • For interactive tools: they work in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge — try a different browser if one doesn't load
  • Email hello@realmoneyfacts.com with your order details and we'll resend all links immediately

We won't let a technical issue be the reason you don't get what you paid for.
